It’s that time of year where we celebrate the many great levels released by TrollKing5 in Super Mario Maker 2! The TrollKing5 Awards, an event going on since 2019, will finally become a public, online event! This awards ceremony includes multiple categories in which one of the ten stages released from January-December of 2022 can win a special TrollKing5 Award, called the Master’s Award. The 2022 event will include eight categories along with 3-8 nominees per category. Here’s some quick information:
- The TrollKing5 Awards will be a live video event on the Ryan’s Fortress YouTube channel. The date is still to be determined, but the event will be expected to happen in January 2023. Even if a new level releases before the event, it will not be included in the ceremony as the event will only include levels released between January 1st and December 31st in 2022.
- As well as the award winner announcements, there will also be exciting new content during the event. This includes exclusive stage creator interviews and even sneak peaks on what levels 2023 has to offer from TrollKing5.
*Please note: The studio names next to the stages in the nomination list are all fake and not real studios or development companies. They are just names that are supposed to be subsidiaries of Ryan’s Fortress, but they are not real!
