A brand new Nintendo Direct is coming this week – tomorrow! However, it isn’t a standard Direct. The presentation will be a Direct Mini partner showcase, and will feature information on upcoming 3rd-party titles in roughly 25 minutes. While it’s sad to see a Direct Mini instead of a general Direct, it does make sense because we know a lot of what’s coming soon for 2022 and we just got the Xenoblade 3 Direct last Wednesday. Again, we don’t need a general Direct, it’s just fun to watch them. The event will be on Tuesday, June 28th, starting at 6:00 AM pacific time, 9:00 AM eastern time.

I love Nintendo Directs. You can tell my hype before the February 2022 Direct. And for the first time, I recorded my reaction for Ryan’s Fortress. I really wanted to do a recorded reaction again for the inevitable E3-time Nintendo Direct for 2022. Heck, I even made my BINGO Board already! But now we have this Direct Mini, which will be shorter and have a 3rd-party focus. Will I watch it (in the first place) and will I record my reaction? Yes, I’m going to try to. It won’t be live, but I’ll try to get my reaction out very quickly after the event ends unlike in Febraury when I posted my reaction 2 days after the Direct. So don’t expect very big reactions, but I am going to try and get it done.
